Ready, Set... Plan!

Planning a company event can be challenging, especially if you’ve never done it before. You probably have other things to do during your workday, too, and it can be difficult to keep on top of all the many details that have to be taken care of in advance. That’s why many companies use the services of a professional party producer. Professionals can not only save time and money, but also they can provide great ideas, access to the latest, most popular games and entertainment and the best catering options.

Event Experts is one of the most experienced, innovative and reliable professional party outfitters, and we can help you put together a fantastic, exciting event. To get started, here’s a checklist of items you’ll need to decide about:

Step 1
1. Number of guests (Employees only, or include families?)
2. How much can I spend?
3. Date and time preferred
4. Location preferred
5. Do I want a theme?
6. What kind of food should I have?
7. What will guests do for fun/entertainment?

Step 2
1. Put your “team” together
2. Assign tasks to team members
3. Set deadlines

Step 3
1. Select a professional party planner
2. Ask for pricing quotes
3. Check references
4. Decide on location

Other Things to Consider
Give yourself at least several months to plan your event. If you are considering a date
around a holiday, you may even need to plan up to a year in advance to secure the location.
Keep in mind the needs of your guests and what may be the most convenient time for them
to attend. If your company has shift workers, think about how to include them.
The earlier you plan, the more likely you are to get the equipment, place and the number of
guests you’d like – all these things are key to planning a successful party. GOT QUESTIONS? GET ANSWERS!
