So that everything at your event runs smoothly for your guests, Event Experts recommends checking your facility to make sure these details are accounted for. We will be happy to assist you with any or all of these items.

Electricity: Some equipment will require power. Standard 110 boxes and 20 amp circuits are needed. Event Experts will provide extension cords to the point of use. Generators (5000 watt or higher) might be needed for your event.
Water: Water will be needed to serve food items, or if a dunk tank is used. Event Experts will provide a water hose for our use.

Trash Dumpsters: Event Experts provides standard trash cans and liners for the event. Check the requirements of the site to determine if dumpsters are needed.
Restrooms: Make sure your guests won’t have to wait in line for restrooms by supplying ample restroom facilities. If your group is large, you may need to utilize additional porta-potties; experts recommend 1 porta-potty per each 200 guests.

Seated Eating: Even though everyone will not be seated at the same time, make sure you have adequate seating for your guests especially if the area will be used for games (like bingo) as well as for eating. Usually, allow for seating to accommodate 1/3 to _ of your audience.

Shade: You will need to shade the seated eating area and other spaces, especially during hot weather. Inspect your site and make sure there is enough shade provided by picnic shelters and trees. You might need tents to provide additional shaded seating areas.
Identification: Depending on the number of guests and the location, consider identification wristbands to prevent unwanted guests from entering your party area.

Permits: Check with the site to make sure you obtain any needed permits. Some facilities require permits for large groups, public addressing systems, vendors, tents, etc. Some parks may also require proof of insurance.

Parking: Make sure you have enough parking to accommodate all of your guests.
